We're so glad you're exploring our church. Here are some of the most common questions people ask before visiting:
What does your church believe?
Our church believes in the core tenets of the Christian faith, including the belief in one true God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We affirm that the Bible is the reliable and error-free Word of God, which points us to salvation through Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and buried, and that He rose again on the third day. We also believe in His ascension into heaven and His future return to judge the living and the dead.
Our faith emphasizes that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and that baptism and the Lord’s Supper are means of grace that deliver forgiveness, eternal life, and salvation. We are called to love God and others, make disciples of all nations, and live out our faith daily, guided by the Holy Spirit.

What kind of preaching can I expect?
Based on the sermons, the church emphasizes a style of preaching that is rooted in biblical truth, practical application, and encouragement for believers to live out their faith. The sermons highlight the importance of teaching God's Word in a way that helps the congregation understand their spiritual gifts, their role as the body of Christ, and how to serve others effectively.
The preaching is also characterized by a focus on personal growth through life experiences, suffering, and God's sovereignty, encouraging believers to see God's hand in their past, present, and future. It aims to inspire and equip the congregation to be active participants in God's mission, emphasizing that everyone has different gifts and talents to serve the body and the community ([18:02 from August 16, 2021]).
Furthermore, the sermons suggest a style that is engaging, encouraging, and practical, often including prayer, reflection, and calls to action such as serving, giving, and sharing the gospel. The preaching seeks to motivate believers to live out their faith authentically and actively, fostering a sense of community and purpose ([57:54 from August 16, 2021]).
In summary, you can expect preaching that is biblically grounded, application-oriented, encouraging, and designed to empower believers to serve and grow in their faith within the context of the church community and beyond.
