SERMON DESCRIPTION
This message from Hosea 1–2 reveals a God who speaks through lived sacrifice. Hosea’s painful marriage and the naming of his children become a vivid picture of Israel’s unfaithfulness and God’s wounded yet steadfast love. As Israel trusted other “lovers” for provision and security, they forgot the Lord who had given them everything. The sermon calls us to examine where our trust truly lies and invites us back to wholehearted dependence on the God who gives, protects, and relentlessly loves.
