To be awakened to Jesus means experiencing a heart that recognizes and responds to God's love and grace in a real and transformative way. It starts with understanding how much God loves us, even in our mess and imperfections ([56:36]). When our hearts are awakened, we see ourselves as God sees us—loved, forgiven, and restored—regardless of our past mistakes or current struggles ([52:33]). This awakening leads us to repentance, turning back to God with humility and a desire to be close to Him ([50:51]).

Being awakened to Jesus also involves a shift from just following Him passively to being sent on His mission—living every day, everywhere, everyone with the purpose of making disciples and sharing His love (
[40:59]). It’s about seeing others as God sees them, caring for one, reaching out, and celebrating their return to the Father’s love ([54:11]).

Ultimately, it means embracing His grace so fully that it naturally overflows into our actions, relationships, and purpose—living with confidence that we are loved and called to share that love with others (
[01:04:40]). This awakening transforms us from being asleep to the Father’s heart into being active participants in His mission, bringing joy and restoration to a broken world.
